  ATM ate our checks and the banker inside sells it’s been happening to customers. Just call the 800 number, they may credit you. Otherwise, you will have to wait until they find the check. How irresponsible is that? What kind of lousy answer is that? It’s Dec 29 and I need the money. I cannot wait at the mercy of chase. How about you put a note on the ATM if it’s been happening to customers.

You have a say in how your money is used ONLY at a local credit union. Remember last time; if things go wrong these big banks get bailed out - while you get sold out!
