Comments were made about my ethnic food habits, unwanted claims of police visit, imaginary conversations about extensions and overall an unpleasant stay while paying premium price. I have proof for all of this. I valued the efforts where it is due. But I cannot accept lying. It is not fair.

    The only redeeming factors are location and maintenance people. Nothing else is good about the apartment.
    This is by far the worst management I have ever seen.I will never forget the treatment I faced during the time I lived in this apartment. Another family must not go through what we did and that is why I am posting this review. After paying premium rents and making sure we were respective of the property they did not treat us with respect.
    Cambria tries to be a dominating person who does not treat some tenants with respect. She acts as though the paying tenant owes her for letting them live in the apartment. She will try to bully and make up false charges esp. while moving out. She is a very unethical person. She will lie and try to dominate the conversation and even make up lies just to prove her point.
    She blamed and charged me for having curry smell inside the apartment. There was no such smell and it was a lie. Annette was there during preinspection and all this was not mentioned. Annette told me not to worry about touch up paint but I was charged 260$ for the same. We moved out on Feb26th 2018 and gave keys on Feb 28th 2018. We used the two days for cleaning this apartment. Yet they charged rent until March 4th and also charged for cleaning. Cambria argues that we asked for extension and seemingly she had Annette for proof. This never happened. It is the blatant lying that irritates me. How can we expect fairness when they are lying to your face?
    While moving out I took detailed video of every room in the apartment. There was no damage to anything and I have video proof of this as well. Yet the management claimed a lot of ridiculous damage. The management outright lied to us. Blaming the non existent curry smell and charging 290$ for smell, 260$ for paint and rent until March 4th is the definition of being racist and crooked.I assumed the management will act ethically. We trusted that the management would be fair they lied to us.
    The most irritating incident while in the premises was the noise disturbance complaint about my 5 year old daughter. We usually sleep at 9 pm coz of my daughter's school & work. Our life revolves around the child. We don't play loud music or ever party. My daughter goes to bed at 7. Between the time she comes from school, her outside activities and sleeps she is hardly awake for 4 hours inside the apartment. We got a complaint that my 5 year daughter was running inside the house and that was hurting the neighbors downstairs. We tried our best to discourage running or even her walking fast coz we really dint want to disturb the neighbors.
    Few days later I get a mail from the management saying that because of the noise coming from the apartment a tenant called the police assuming abuse. Apparently that tenant thought that someones life was in danger. So they had to call police for safety. When I said that Police never came. Cambria actually argued that the police had come, knocked once and left. It was just a lie attempted to scare us. I have never even heard of police coming and leaving when someones life is in danger. I wanted to move out immediately since they were making up so many lies. But they said exorbidant rates to break the lease. So I waited till the lease was over to move out. I felt stuck in the apartment. This is a feeling that no one must undergo.
    DO NOT CHOOSE THE APARTMENT IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY OR EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.

    *** response to Owner: I was not treated fairly and some of the so called billing charges were not simply true. I did not ask for lease extension as claimed. I was told that there will be no paint charges. For all this I was charged. Even during living in the premises i was disturbed frequently. Please do not treat any paying renter in this maner. It hurts me deeply that the people are making up facts in this day and age.

    Will not recommend this place. I paid premium price and was not treated fairly by the management. I have stayed in many apartment communities and I think I was most stressed in this place. I faced issues of frequent interference while living in the apartment. Also I was unfairly charged for security deposit. The responses provided was also not true. The location is good and hence the one star. I wish my experience was better.
